We can get the version of SharePoint online – using the below URL:

https://.sharepoint.com/_vti_pvt/service.cnf

Example: https://globalsharepoint.sharepoint.com/_vti_pvt/service.cnf

SharePoint Online version is: 16.0.0.19228

SharePoint 2013/2016/online: 15

SharePoint 2010: 14

SharePoint 2007: 12
