Let’s add an action “Send an email (V2)”, we could see the below error:

“Connection not found. Please create a new connection and change your application to use the new connection.”

Now, let’s verify the connection reference by clicking on the three dots next to “Send an email (V2)”.

Click on the three dots from “Send an email (V2)”, we can see that this is an invalid connection.

Fix: Power Automate connection not found

Login to your tenant admin center portal, if you don’t have access, request to your tenant admin.

Go to Users -> Active Users -> Select the user who is having this issue.

From the Mail section, we can see the below message for the selected user:

“This user doesn’t have an Exchange Online license.”

Go to the License and Apps section, where we can see that “Exchange Online” is not checked.

Note:

  • Here, basically, you need to check licenses and apps for that user.

Then, select “Exchange Online (Plan X)”

Click on the “Save changes” button.

We need to wait sometimes; we can see the below progress message:

“We are preparing a mailbox for the user”

Once the mailbox is configured, we can see the user mailbox configuration details.

Verify that mailbox connection not found issue is fixed in Power Automate

After performing the above steps, add the “Send an email (V2)” action again to your flow; now we can see that we don’t see the “connection not found” error anymore.
