Today when I logged into my trial tenant I could see the message –  “This page was removed on 1/1/21. Learn where to find features from this page.” which means the Classic site collections page was removed on 1/1/21 from the SharePoint Admin center dashboard so after 1st January 2021 if we  login into the SharePoint Admin center (https://globalsharepoint2020-admin.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/online/AdminHome.aspx#/classicFeatures) dashboard we could see that no longer we can navigate to the classic site collection page, we can see the below message :

By default SharePoint, Admin center page is open in modern SharePoint view – which means if we want to create a site collection in SharePoint Admin Center that will be created in modern SharePoint, however, before 1st January 2021 if we wanted to create a classic site collection we had that option from SharePoint admin center page. To create a classic site, select Other options. Site address boxes appear after you begin entering a site name. Site address boxes appear after you begin entering a site name.

On the other hand, to create a modern site collection in the modern new SharePoint admin center, we need to go to the Active sites page, and then select Create.
